Handmade in-store at The Cake Mixer, East Auckland, our mermaid cakes are baked with premium ingredients including fresh cream, organic butter, free-range eggs, and Belgian chocolate. Each cake is decorated in shimmering blues, purples, and pinks, with mermaid-inspired toppers and edible glitter. Every cake is handcrafted, so colours and finishes may vary slightly. Cakes may also include food-grade non-edible supports.
