Important information for custom cakes

All of our cakes are made with the finest ingredients including fresh cream, premium organic butter, free range eggs and premium Belgian chocolate. We use natural flavours and essences rather than artificial. For custom designs, additions, or other sizes please contact us. All of our themed cakes are hand made and we have a number of cake artists therefore no two cakes are identical. Actual colours may vary depending on your screen and viewing device and may vary slightly from examples displayed. Please use our gallery images as a guide. Cakes may contain food grade non-edible supports. All cakes are baked in a kitchen where gluten and nuts are present. Collection is available from our East Auckland store and delivery is available to St Heliers, Glendowie, Stonefields, Panmure and Glen Innes. Can you copy a cake from this gallery?
Yes—use the style as a guide. We’ll customise colours, name, age and size for your celebration.
What sizes and servings do you offer?
From 6" (10–12 serves) through 7"/8" singles to two-tier options (30+ serves). Ask for our serving guide.
How is the drip made?
We use chocolate ganache or coloured drip over chilled buttercream for a clean, photo-ready finish.
How much notice do I need?
We recommend 2–3 weeks. Peak weekends can book out earlier—enquire as soon as you have a date.
Do you deliver around Auckland?
Yes—pickup in Howick or delivery to St Heliers, Glendowie, Stonefields, Panmure and Glen Innes (see delivery note above).
Are there allergy-friendly options?
We can discuss options; however, all cakes are prepared in a kitchen where gluten and nuts are present.
