Our gallery of Barbie cakes highlights the glamorous and fun designs we’ve created for birthdays and themed parties. Handmade in-store at The Cake Mixer, East Auckland, every cake is baked with premium ingredients including fresh cream, organic butter, free-range eggs, and Belgian chocolate – ensuring a delicious centrepiece that looks as good as it tastes.

From pink buttercream cakes with sparkles and florals to doll toppers, drip styles, and modern Barbie themes, our cakes are perfect for fans of every age. Each design is individually handcrafted, so colours, decorations, and finishes may vary slightly. Cakes may also include food-grade non-edible supports.

Collection is available from our East Auckland store, with delivery to St Heliers, Glendowie, Stonefields, Panmure, and Glen Innes (free for orders over $175, otherwise $15 fee applies).
