How to Use

Roll out your favourite sugar cookie, gingerbread or shortbread dough to an even thickness.

Lightly dust the cutter with flour before pressing it firmly into the dough. Carefully remove the surrounding dough and transfer the angel-shaped biscuit to a lined baking tray.

Once baked and cooled, decorate with white royal icing, edible gold paint, sprinkles or lustre dust for an elegant finish.
