How to Use

For best results, allow your freshly baked cake to cool completely before levelling.

Place your cake on a flat, stable surface and adjust the cutting wire to your desired height.

Position the PME Cake Leveller with both feet resting on your work surface. Using a gentle sawing motion, move the wire through the cake while keeping the frame level.
