Bakels white chocolate truffle can be used instead of ganache, it is also great for dipping strawberries and other fancy treats. Simply microwave in the bottle or rest the bottle in a pot of water to soften. Also makes a great filling for between layers, or as a complete cake covering, even under fondant.
We love using this product for our drip cakes.... just microwave, colour with powder colours if required, and pour onto top of cake cake... then put to sides of cake to let the drips form... gorgeous!
