Burgundy Powder Oil Based Food Colour

Our oil based powder dyes are great for colouring white chocolate, fondant and buttercream.

To colour chocolate melt a small amount of white chocolate and add a few shakes of the powder dye and mix. Working in smaller batches will produce a stronger colour. Keep adding more powder dye until the desired colour is achieved. If you need to colour large volumes of chocolate (ie 200g plus, then you will need to budget for between 5-10% of the volume you are colouring in powder dye to achieve strong colours.)

The powder disolves and leaves no taste or residue.

The dyes come packaged in a 1g clear phial.
