To apply to your cupcakes just use either a nice big swirl of buttercream and just place on top or for more of a disc affect roll out some fondant and attached the topper to that. Our toppers are made from edible wafer paper which contains potato starch, vegetable oil and water and are printed with high quality edible ink. They have a 12 month shelf life.
